A Book by Ron Sosa – Coming Soon!
You were never too much. The system was too narrow.
This book is for every leader who’s ever questioned where they fit in a system not built for them, and every organization ready to build better ones.
About the Book
This book is a manifesto for change. Not performative. Not theoretical. This is about reshaping leadership and culture so they actually work…for everyone.
With honesty, courage, and practical insight, Ron Sosa offers a model grounded in real-world leadership and lived experience. Drawing from years in the veterinary field, coaching, and organizational development, R.I.S.E. helps leaders navigate the path from default systems to deliberate, inclusive design.

- It’s about creating liberating leadership, the kind that makes space for brilliance in all its forms.
Inside the R.I.S.E. Model
R – Reflect
The foundation of neuroinclusive leadership. Reflection is an active return to curiosity, context, and compassion. It asks leaders to pause before reacting, to explore what’s beneath behaviors, and to recognize their own assumptions, conditioning, and contribution to the moment.
I – Implement
Insight without application is performative. Implementation means translating values into action—adapting communication norms, workflows, expectations, and systems to align with what you say matters. It requires transparency, iteration, and collaboration.
S – Sustain
Sustainability in leadership means asking: Can this hold over time? Can it flex with our people? Can it survive without me? It resists urgency culture and centers rhythm, pacing, and repair. It’s about building systems that nourish instead of extract.
E – Empower
Empowerment isn’t about giving power, it’s about dismantling the barriers that block it. It’s not performative visibility or ego-driven elevation. It’s about creating space for others to lead in their own way. Empowerment shows up in mentorship, sponsorship, thoughtful succession planning, and the ever-present question: Who leads differently, and how can I champion that brilliance?
