About Me
Hi, I’m Ron.
And I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to help you lead with less masking, more clarity, and way more alignment with who you really are.
Why Syn-APT exists
Most leadership development wasn’t built for neurodivergent people.
It teaches you to adapt, fit in, be less “difficult,” more “professional,” less “emotional.” I spent years trying to do leadership “right.” I followed the rules, climbed the ladder, and still felt like something didn’t fit… like I was always managing my tone, adjusting my behavior, and second-guessing everything. It wasn’t until I was diagnosed, with ADHD and later autism, that I had a language for what I’d been feeling all along. And that changed everything. Syn-APT was born out of that shift. It’s a space for leaders who don’t fit the mold and are done trying to.
Who I work with
You are in the right place if you’re a professional, creative, or leader who:
- Feels like you have to constantly filter yourself to be effective
- Has been labeled “too sensitive,” “too blunt,” or “too much”
- Wants to lead with integrity, not exhaustion
- Is craving support from someone who gets it
Whether you have a diagnosis or are just exploring what feels “off” in traditional leadership spaces, Syn-APT is here for you.
My Philosophy
- You’re not broken. You’re operating in systems that weren’t built with you in mind.
- You don’t need to be tougher. You need to be supported.
- You don’t have to earn your value. You already have it.
- I believe in coaching that feels human, honest, and useful.
- No toxic positivity. No one-size-fits-all scripts.
- Just a conversation that helps you understand your patterns, strengthen your voice, and create systems that support your life and leadership style.
